For several years she has been gaining experience in the field of broadly understood HR. Educator, psychologist, training coach, vocational counselor. Every day she tries to see and respond to people's needs. There are no schematic trainings and a schematic approach to employees for her. An individualized approach is the basis of its operation. She specialized in MBTI methodology.

She has many years of experience in supporting the development of leadership, management and sales competences in working with B2B and B2C clients. She has several hundred hours of training and workshops on her account. For several years, she has been creating development programs based on the study of competences and the selection of the most effective methods of supporting development.

She deeply believes that development requires an individual approach and commitment to the process through action, motivation and commitment. Currently fascinated by conflict resolution methods, including among others NVC mediation.

I run workshops, support the organization in the Agile transformation. I am fascinated by the creativity and motivation of teams thanks to the favorable environment and culture of cooperation.

Jan Kisielewski Director, Brand Strategy & Consumer Research, Deloitte Poland

Jan has 17 years of experience in building strong brands. Strategist specializing in combining market and cultural analyzes. He is the author of strategic analysis methodology and co-author of trend reports, including Foresight 2025. Key competences: developing brand strategies, creating and implementing product and service innovations, analyzing the strength and potential of brands in terms of trends. Previously, he was the strategy director at an international agency and then as a partner he created and managed a strategic consulting agency.
